The Greatest Showman, 16 Dec (Philippines/Singapore/Hong Kong)
Inspired by the imagination of P. T. Barnum, The Greatest Showman is an original musical that celebrates the birth of show business & tells of a visionary who rose from nothing to create a spectacle that became a worldwide sensation. The movie won Best Original Song – Motion Picture and nominated for Best Performance by an Actor in a Motion Picture at the Golden Globe. It was also nominated for the Best Achievement in Music Written for Motion Pictures (Original Song) at the Oscar. 

Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri, 15 Dec (Taiwan)
Mildred Hayes, a hard-nosed mother is seeking justice for her murdered daughter. With no arrests after seven months, Mildred puts up three roadside signs to goad Ebbing police chief into action. But the law - and especially Sam Rockwell's hot-headed deputy - don't take kindly to the provocation. And the townsfolk are on their side. But Mildred doesn't care about ruffling a few feathers. In fact, she's happy to pluck the whole bird. The movie won numerous accolades including Best Motion Picture of the Year, Best Performance by an Actor in a Supporting Role and Best Original Screenplay at the Oscar as well as Best Motion Picture – Drama, Best Screenplay – Motion Picture and Best Performance by an Actress in a Motion Picture – Drama at the Golden Globe. 

I, Tonya, 1 Dec (Taiwan)
In 1991, talented figure skater Tonya Harding becomes the first American woman to complete a triple axel during a competition. In 1994, her world comes crashing down when her ex-husband conspires to injure Nancy Kerrigan, a fellow Olympic hopeful, in a poorly conceived attack that forces the young woman to withdraw from the national championship. Harding's life and legacy instantly become tarnished as she's forever associated with one of the most infamous scandals in sports history. The movie won the Best Performance by an Actress in a Supporting Role and was nominated for Best Performance by an Actress in a Leading Role and Best Achievement in Film Editing at the Oscar. In addition, it also won the Best Performance by an Actress in a Supporting Role in a Motion Picture at the Golden Globe. 

Red Sparrow, 30 Dec (Philippines/Singapore/Hong Kong)
Prima ballerina Dominika Egorova faces a bleak and uncertain future after she suffers an injury that ends her career. She soon turns to Sparrow School, a secret intelligence service that trains exceptional young people to use their minds and bodies as weapons. Egorova emerges as the most dangerous Sparrow after completing the sadistic training process. The final month of the 2018 UFC schedule will feature some exciting fights not to be missed, culminating in UFC 232, with a rematch between Jon Jones and Alexander Gustafsson to decide who will be the UFC Light Heavyweight champion. This match was originally scheduled in September 2014, but was scrapped after Gustafsson sustained an injury in the lead-up to the fight, so it’s been 5 years in the making!

Hopman Cup, 29 Dec to 5 Jan (Philippines/Singapore/Hong Kong/Taiwan)
Two of the world’s greatest tennis players, Serena Williams and Roger Federer, representing the United States and Switzerland respectively, will be in Perth for the 31st edition of the Hopman Cup. 8 nations – Germany, Switzerland, Greece, Australia, United States, France, Spain and Great Britain - will be competing, with Germany as the top seed, represented by Angelique Kerber and Alexander Zverev. They will hope to do one better, after losing to the Swiss team of Bencic and Federer last year.

The world’s biggest fashion show returns to the Big Apple as Angels Adriana Lima, Behati Prinsloo, Lais Ribeiro, and more strut to the music of Halsey, Bebe Rexha, and Shawn Mendes.
